Every time we go, it makes me realize how much good we're doing as a chapter. All of our differences aside, we're coming together to save people's lives. Getting to pray over a family of St. Jude was one of the most humbling moments I've ever experienced, and it made me fall in love with Tri Delta all over again." Sloane knew she wanted to be a Tri Delta on Preference night during recruitment. "I had been torn all week, but Tri Delta was in the back of my mind from the start. I walked in and immediately bursted into tears (ugly tears may I add). They embraced me so lovingly and accepted me for my ugly tears. They accepted me for everything I was and everything I wasn't, and I had never experienced that before. My vulnerability was no longer a weakness, it was a strength, and I was able to share that with so many women. Tri Delta and the woman I've met because of it have changed me into the woman I always knew I could be."
