St. Jude and Phi Epsilon
At Phi Epsilon, we host five philanthropy events to raise money for St. Jude: TriHop, Sincerely Yours, Tees For Tots, Triple Play, and the Delta Drawdown!
This year we hosted our late night pancake dinner, TriHop, on February 18th. Friends, parents, and members of the Hattiesburg community came to the Tri Delta house to eat pancakes and learn more about St. Jude. Our members cooked pancakes and sausage, refilled drinks, took tickets and donations, and greeted guests. TriHop was a huge success and was a night we will never forget.
Sincerely Yours is when each member of Phi Epsilon brings a list of addresses, and we have a letter-stuffing party for St. Jude. We stuff envelopes with letters that explain the partnership Tri Delta has with St. Jude and why we need support.
Tees Fore Tots
Tees Fore Tots is the annual golf tournament we host in the fall. Family, friends, and the Hattiesburg community spend the morning playing golf while fundraising for St. Jude. It's always a great time!
Triple Play is our annual softball tournament!
At the tournament, sororities and fraternities form softball teams and play each other in a single elimination tournament. It's always fun to sit outside in the beautiful weather, watch some softball, and support St. Jude!
Last year, we hosted our first ever Delta Drawdown. Friends, family, and the Hattiesburg community came to The Venue and enjoyed a night of live music, food, a silent auction, and a chance to win $5,000! The next Delta Drawdown will be on March 24, 2018, so if you want a chance to win $5,000 contact a Phi Epsilon member!
Pie a Tri
Last year we had our first annual Pie-a-Tri, where students can pay to pie a Tri Delta member!
Last year Tri Delta, Phi Epsilon received the Chapter of the Year award in the gold division!
Tri Delta, Phi Epsilon was also named the top fundraising chapter in the silver division for the past 4 years!
